Annika Marlow has many years of experience as a leader and a CEO within the IT-industry.

She has years of experience in team development and recruitment, nevertheless, been involved in several business start-ups in Europe.

Annika holds a degree in ACT-therapy (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, a behavioral therapy that focus on valued engagement) she is also a certified EMCC coach at Senior Practitioner level (Life and Career) and coaches leaders and teams.

Chris’ experience includes positions at the IBM head quarter in Paris and IBM Nordic. She also held positions as Client Manager and Sales manager within the IT-industry.

During the past ten years Chris has been working with leadership development and recruitment.
